Request account deletion

Use the button below to request deletion of your MarketBook SL account and the information associated with it. Send the request from the email address registered to your account so we can verify ownership.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete your user account, authentication information, active sessions, and business data that you solely control. If you belong to a business owned by someone else, records belonging to that business may be retained while your personal access is removed.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate financial record-keeping obligations. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

How to submit your request

Include your account email and, if applicable, your business name. We may contact you for reasonable identity verification before processing the request.
